HOW DO WE MAKE OUR TABLE LEGS?
We begin by sourcing raw steel we buy in 24' lengths in Oklahoma City and other local mills in the surrounding areas. Each order comes in varying in color, scratches, scale, and other imperfections. We believe this is the key to a beautiful, one-of-a-kind product.
We cut the steel steel to the needed lengths on our massive bandsaw and deburr it to smooth all edges. The steel is marked and drilled to ensure precise, centered alignment.
Before anything leaves the shop, we meticulously look over each piece to ensure its free of oxidation and ready for mounting.
DIMENSIONS:
29" Tall
28" Wide
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Over time, most metal will oxidize or "rust". The rate at which this happens varies and depends on the environment and level of humidity. If you notice areas of oxidation over time, simply scuff the metal using a scotch brite pad or steel wool and apply a flat or satin lacquer or beeswax to the surface. If you choose to paint our products, make sure you prep the surface first by lightly sanding the surface and wiping each piece down with lacquer thinner to ensure a clean surface. This only pertains to the steel finish. All Powdercoated bases can be cleaned with a damp cloth followed by a dry cloth.
